AERTUBI

Italian manufacturer
of stainless steel fittings since 1995

We design and manufacture stainless steel fittings and adapters since 1995. We use only Italian and European AISI 316L (1.4404) and AISI 316Ti (1.4571) stainless steel for high-pressure hydraulic applications.

Our plant is based in the Bologna mechanical district, an area known for precision machining and industrial manufacturing excellence.

We are the strategic partner for marine, chemical, oil & gas, food and steel industry applications, as well as every context where corrosion resistance, structural integrity and long service life are essential requirements.

High-performance stainless steel

We work only with high-grade AISI 316L and AISI 316Ti stainless steel alloys, supplied with 3.1 material certification.   This choice has a precise purpose: to provide corrosion-resistant components that remain reliable in aggressive environments and comply with the safety and hygiene requirements of demanding industries.  Every supply is supported by documents confirming material origin and conformity.

The value of your work is protected by  components manufactured from raw material selected from leading Italian and European steel mills: a strategic choice for solutions built to last.

From heat to component: full traceability

Provide your market with safe, traceable products.

Every AERTUBI article is permanently marked with its production lot.

The identification is linked to the certified material heat, documenting its origin with complete transparency and ensuring the stainless steel alloy used for your component can always be traced.

Expertise and experience in stainless steel machining

Thirty years of stainless steel machining experience are at your service. Choosing AERTUBI means giving your projects components with a high level of quality and finish.

A complete range of fittings and adapters is available for the main international thread standards and configurations. BSP, metric, NPT, ORFS, JIC 37°, SAE and DIN 2353 connections

Certificate 4426-A is available for download in two language versions with identical content, both signed by Kiwa Cermet Italia. The English version is typically required in international EPC specifications and oil & gas multinational vendor lists.

AISI 316L and AISI 316Ti stainless steel

These are the materials used across our full product range.

AISI 316L stainless steel (EN 1.4404) provides a high quality standard for demanding industrial applications. Its optimized chemical formulation ensures strong performance and long-term durability.

  • Resistance to chemical and saline corrosion: molybdenum provides exceptional protection against atmospheric agents and aggressive acidic substances.
  • Structural stability: the increased nickel content provides metallurgical stability, resulting in a homogeneous and highly resistant alloy.
  • Weldability: the "L" specification indicates low carbon content (≤ 0.03%), reducing the risk of intergranular corrosion in heat-affected welding zones.

AISI 316Ti stainless steel (EN 1.4571) differs from 316L mainly through the addition of titanium as a stabilizing element. It improves mechanical and thermal resistance, making it ideal for more severe industrial environments.

Thanks to titanium stabilization, which limits chromium carbide precipitation at grain boundaries, the alloy delivers excellent performance even under continuous heat above 800 °C and heavy mechanical stress.

AERTUBI product catalog

AERTUBI production covers the full stainless steel fittings supply chain for hydraulic, high-pressure and process applications. The catalog is organized around the product families published on the official website and follows the most widely used international standards in the marine, chemical and petrochemical sectors.

  • Fittings compliant with DIN 2353, BS Gas, DIN 3868 and DIN 3865 for hydraulic and fluid power applications.
  • Threaded adapters in male-male, male-female, female-female, straight and elbow configurations.
  • 37° adapters for JIC SAE J514 hydraulic applications and ORFS SAE J1453 systems with front O-ring sealing for high-pressure installations.
  • Interlock and crimp fittings for SAE 100R12, 100R13 and 100R15 high-pressure hoses.
  • Ferrules for flexible hoses in stainless steel for SAE 100R1, SAE 100R2, SAE 100R7 and PTFE hoses.
  • Hydraulic flanges SAE Code 61 (3000 PSI) and SAE Code 62 (6000 PSI).
  • Special machining to customer drawing for non-standard geometries, non-catalog threads and dedicated components.

All product families are available in AISI 316L and, on request, in AISI 316Ti. The most recurring configurations are kept in stock; special sizes are scheduled directly through the internal CNC department.
